Cook breakfast, seafood, vegetables, sandwiches, and seared proteins alongside traditional open-grid grilling. The Big Green Egg Half-Moon Cast Iron Plancha uses only half the cooking area, giving you a reversible cast-iron surface while leaving the other half open for direct grilling.
- Reversible design with a smooth side for eggs, pancakes, vegetables, and flat-top cooking
- Ridged side adds grill marks and drains food away from rendered fat and juices
- Half-moon shape supports two-zone cooking and mixed cooking surfaces
- Cast iron stores heat for strong browning, searing, and steady cooking
- Use one plancha or pair two compatible pieces for broader cast-iron coverage
- SKU 122995: fits 2XL and XLarge EGG models
- SKU 122988: fits 2XL, XLarge, and Large EGG models
Ordering note: Match the EGG size and SKU shown in the selector before ordering. Plancha only; EGG and other cooking-system components are sold separately.
